Giving up cheese was the biggest challenge on my transition to a plant based diet.  

To fill that hole, I tried many products on the market without much success.  Being a take charge kinda person, I decided to just make my own.  

When I discovered I could make dairy-free cheese from cashews.....  AND IT TASTED GOOD...  everything changed for me.

Friends and family loved it!  And my little dairy-free cheese shop grew from there.  In 2016 we expanded into our current 5000 square foot production facility complete with a little Vegan Cheese Shop in Alexandria, Ontario.
