Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Fauxmagerie Zengarry takes great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in optimal condition. We ship all products by overnight courier. Perishable items like cheeses and pestos are shipped frozen in an insulated recyclable shipper with ice packs designed to keep the products chilled for up to three days. Glass items, such as our new pestos, are wrapped in recyclable protective wrap to prevent breakage. We ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure packages are not stuck in the courier's warehouse over the weekend or Holiday.
Our packaging materials are all recyclable. We use insulated cardboard shippers and recyclable packaging materials.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is free for orders over $50.00.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. You should contact the courier with the provided tracking number to track your package and arrange for special delivery circumstances. We ask that you provided your phone number to facilitate communication with the courier and an email address to provide a tracking number to track your package.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Fauxmagerie Zengarry makes every effort to ensure your product arrives safe and sound. Occassionally packages do get lost, in this case, contact us and Fauxmagerie Zengarry will make every effort to locate your package. If it can not be located and delivered in a timely manner, we will replace your shipment. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and take photos to aid in filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Fauxmagerie Zengarry currently does not ship outside Canada.
