Artichoke Dip Grilled Cheese
This sandwich is loaded with spinach, artichokes and our Zengarry Garlic and Fine Herb. Tangy and toasty and grilled to perfection!
Ingredients: 8 thick slices of bread ½ c. onions, diced 2 oz. of green chilies or ½ tsp of crushed dried red chilies
1 can water packed artichokes, drained and chopped 1 pkg. of frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed)
½ pkg. of Fauxmagerie Zengarry Garlic and Fine Herbs cashew cheese 2 tsp. lemon juice 3 Tbsp. olive oil Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions: 1. On medium-high heat, sauté onions, green chilies (or crushed red chilies) in a Tbsp. of olive oil. When onions have become transparent (about 5 minutes) add the artichokes and sauté for a few more minutes. 2. Lower the heat to medium and add the Fauxmagerie Zengarry Garlic and Fine Herbs cashew cheese, the rest of the olive oil, spinach and lemon juice to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook until artichoke mixture is heated through and somewhat thickened. 3. Spread the hot mixture over 4 slices of bread, then place the other slices of bread on top and press down gently. 4. Oil the outside of the 4 sandwiches with the remaining olive oil. Grill in a pan over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Blueberry Jam Grilled Cheese
This sweet take on the classic grilled cheese combines our Double Creme (Brie) cashew cheese with blueberry jam! Mmmm.
Ingredients: 4 slices of bread 4 Tbsp. blueberry jam 4 Tbsp. Fauxmagerie Zengarry Double-Creme cashew cheese 2 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
Instructions: 1. Spread the Fauxmagerie Zengarry Double-Crème cashew cheese on the bread slices. 2. Add 2 Tbsp. of blueberry jam on each sandwich, then place the other slice of bread on top, press down gently with a spatula. 3. Oil one side of each slice of bread and place on a grill pan over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden.
Mushrooms & Onion Grilled Cheese
Sautéed mushrooms and onions give this vegan grilled cheese a flavour like no other!
Ingredients: 8 slices of bread
1 c. mushrooms, sliced 1 onion, sliced 2-4 Tbsp. olive oil 1 pkg. of Fauxmagerie Zengarry Garlic and Fine Herbs cashew cheese Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions: 1. In a skillet, sauté mushrooms and onions in olive oil for 5-7 minutes. 2. Spread Fauxmagerie Zengarry Garlic and Fine Herbs cashew cheese on one side of the bread. Divide the mushroom and onion mixture between 4 slices of bread, then top with another slice of bread and press down gently. 3. With a kitchen brush, oil each side of the 4 sandwiches with the remaining olive oil. Grill in a pan over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Grilled Cheese Burger
Take two of our cheeses combined to make a grilled cheese and fill it with....a burger?! This crazy sandwich combo is over-the-top delicious!
Ingredients: 8 slices of bread cut into circles 2 black bean burger patties 1 c. red bell peppers, sliced 4-6 lettuce leaves 4 tomato slices 3-4 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted 3 Tbsp. Fauxmagerie Zengarry Garlic and Fine Herbs cashew cheese 3 Tbsp. Fauxmagerie Zengarry Double Creme cashew cheese
Instructions: 1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the black bean patties in 1 Tbsp. of olive oil, for 5 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, get the grilled cheese sandwiches ready. Make 2 grilled cheese sandwiches with the Fauxmagerie Zengarry Garlic and Fine Herbs cashew cheese and 2 more with the Double Creme cashew cheese. Oil the exterior of the sandwiches and grilled 1-2 minutes on each side. 3. Once the grilled cheese sandwiches are ready, start building your burgers. Start by adding the black bean patties on the bottom grilled cheese, the vegetables and then top with the last grilled cheese and press down gently. Serve immediately.
Vegan B.L.T Grilled Cheese

Instructions: 1. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté tempeh bacon slices in olive oil on each side for 5 minutes. 2. In the meantime, spread the Fauxmagerie Zengarry SunDried Tomato & Basil cashew cheese on the bread slices. 3. Add the cucumbers, tomatoes, tempeh bacon sliced and then place the other slices of bread on top and press down gently. Oil the outside of the sandwiches and grill in a pan for 1-2 minutes on each side.
