Green Waffle Sandwich

Do you sometimes get a little sugar craving, but feel guilty? Try this guilt-free Green Waffle Sandwich that will satisfy your craving AND your intake of vitamins and nutrients!

 

Ingredients:

4 waffles

1 c. kale, chopped

1 onion, chopped

1 avocado, sliced

½ pkg. Fauxmagerie Zengarry Double Crème cashew cheese

1 c. olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Instructions:

1. In a frying pan, sauté the Zengarry Double Creme cashew cheese, kale and onions and in olive oil for 5 minutes.

2. In the meantime, grill waffles in oven or toaster. Garnish waffles with hot mixture and add avocado slices.
