4 easy crostini recipes

Crostini is an easy snack at any time of year, but fresh summer produce and herbs makes it even better to enjoy in the summertime. Zengarry's fresh summer spreads made with fresh herbs and locally grown garlic make a perfect base for your all of the fun toppings you can dream up. Here are a few of my own ideas to peak your imagination.

To make your crostini, simply slice your baguette and pop it in the oven at 400 degrees F for a few minutes until it's slightly toasted. Turn it half way to toast the other side as well. If you're just serving one person, you can use the toaster. If you want to be fancy, you can brush the sliced baguette with olive oil and rub it with half a garlic clove.
