Roasted cauliflower BBQ pizza

Spice up pizza night with this bold and healthy twist on a classic favorite. Smoky BBQ sauce meets tender roasted cauliflower on a crispy crust, delivering a perfect balance of heat and flavour. Topped with Zengarry's finest, this pizza is an indulgence you can feel good about eating.

Ingredients:

  • 1 store bought vegan pizza crust

  • ½ package of Zengarry Sun-dried Tomato & Basil cashew cheese

  • ½ of a cauliflower head, chopped

  • 1 red onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • ½ cup of BBQ sauce

  • 3 Tbsp. of olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp. of Sriracha sauce

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, garlic, Sriracha sauce, salt and pepper with olive oil. Stir to combine. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and cook at 425 degrees for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. 

  2. Spread the BBQ sauce and the Zengarry Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil cashew cheese on the pizza crust. 

  3. Top with the cauliflower mixture and onions. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and dig in!
