Grilled Peach Garden Salad
This garden salad is a perfect balance of peaches and cream on a bed of garden greens with toasted almonds and a maple dressing. It's light, refreshing, delicious and best of all: so good for you with all the nutrition packed leafy greens.
Salad Ingredients

Fresh garden greens (large bowl or 10 cups)

3 Peaches

½ package Fauxmagerie Zengarry Double Creme cashew cheese

¼ cup toasted almonds

Mustard flowers (Optional)
Dressing Ingredients

2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

2 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar

1Tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil plus bit extra for peaches

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Cut peaches into slices; use pastry brush to lightly cover with olive oil. Grill peaches on medium heat until cooked. Remove from heat and set aside until cooled.

Wash, dry, and chop garden greens and place in a bowl. Cut Fauxmagerie Zengarry Double Creme cashew cheese into small cubes and add to the salad. Sprinkle toasted almonds into salad. Arrange peaches and edible flowers onto Salad

Mix all ingredients of the salad dressing and pour into Salad

Toss, serve and enjoy.
